2.2. Phone Numbers & SMS Communications +
  • What we collect: Business contact details you provide (e.g., mobile phone number), message metadata (timestamps, delivery status), and limited technical data needed to deliver texts.
  • How we use it: To send transactional notifications about your Approved Fleet account (receipts, fuel confirmations, account/security alerts, support notices). We do not use your number for marketing texts.
  • Legal basis/consent: We send SMS only with your consent; you can withdraw consent anytime by replying STOP or by updating notifications in the Fleet Portal.
  • Sharing: We share your number and message data with service providers and carriers solely to deliver texts (e.g., AWS messaging services and telecom carriers).
  • Retention: Kept as long as needed for your account, support, compliance, and to maintain opt-in/opt-out records.

  • During the application underwriting approval process we share information with third-party service providers for compliance with Federal and State regulations for the following:

    • Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) screening
    • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements

Our Products may include social media features, such as the "Share This" button that allows you to like us on Facebook or share our content on Twitter. These features may collect your IP address and information regarding your use of the Products. Social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our systems.
